I’d want to ask if it is legal to use Unreal Tournament 99 textures and sounds in a mappack that I am creating for another game? Game is Serious Sam: Revolution and it has small community around itself even though game is really old.
I am creating a mappack to this game that is 100% non-commercial work, including no ads, no purchases, no donations, just entirely fan-made content.
Considering that Unreal Tournament 99 is really old game and SS:R community is very small, I believe that my usage of Your textures and sounds would hardly damage company business. Please note that I am not recreating original Unreal Tournament game in any form, its totally not related.
So basically I am asking for a permission to use assets from Unreal Tournament from 1999 year in non commercial project.
Is it possible?
