ERROR: No 32-bit compiler toolchain found in C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\VC\bin\cl.exe
I installed visual studio 2017 RC and installed visual C++ tools and the Unreal engine tools. When I try to create a new C++ project the following error pops up - ERROR: No 32-bit compiler toolchain found in C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\VC\bin\cl.exe

This error can be fixed by changing the windows registry to point to Visual Studio 2017. See matan19's answer in the following thread.https://answers.unrealengine.com/questions/668653/visual-studio-compiler-wrong-path-how-to-change.html
