Everything in Unreal 4.14 is bright and transparent?

I have no idea how the issue came to be, but essentially everything is semi transparent and incredibly bright. I closed the editor, 5 minutes later I booted my PC back up and opened Unreal and it just started happening. I was trying to change post processing settings by blueprint so the first thing I did was delete my config in the saved folder to reset all post processing setting with no luck. Any thoughts?

This is the in editor screenshot to show how bright and transparent everything is (There’s exponential height fog in here so it’s supposed to be black, turning off the fog doesn’t make any difference)

This is what the models look like inside of the blueprints, for some reason they’re having weird overlapping render issues (Again they’re also pretty bright)

Finally this is how it looks in game.

If anyone can help me fix this it would be hugely appreciated! I can’t really see what I’ve done to cause this and am just hoping its an Unreal related issue, but if I can get it fixed somehow that would be amazing! Thank you in advance.
