I’m running into a strange problem when importing FBX mocap data onto the UE4 mannequin using the ART tools from the marketplace. Here is a breakdown of the problem:
- Create a Mannequin character using the add character for animation command.
- Select the import Mocap button and select the FBX file which has the Mocap data. (The mocap data has been previously retargeted onto the proper skeleton structure for the UE4 mannequin).
- I’m trying to apply the data to both IK and FK controls and only solving for the Knee vectors.
- Only one frame of animation data comes across.
I’m running Maya 2017 but the same problem happens in Maya 2016.
I’ve been using FBX 2014/2015 when exporting the data.
Any help would be appreciated.
