i need to open upk files but ue4 cant do that so i need to redownload ue3 to open the upk files export the things in them and then import them in to ue4. the problem is that the unreal engine website has taken down all previous versions to download. i wouldnt mind torrenting the download either but im on my college wifi. please tell me where i can download ue3 or atleast tel me how to open a upk file in ue4 if you can. i dont tink you can though
