Can you give me a detailed description of what you were doing when this error started? At first glance it looks like it might be related to a magnifier issue in windows 7? Have you used that feature at all?

yes. when i opening unreal 4.2 in windows 7 this bug .
I did nothing, just when I open anreal see such an error. 4.1 is also a bug in 4.2 and also

I want to check are you actually getting a crash and by that I mean that a crash reporter window is opening or is it just the stretched graphics?
Try to restart your CPU and see if the error self corrects after you restart. If not, try to uninstall and re-install the engine from your account page.
