Unreal 4.14.3 thinks my PC is a Mac?

Hello!

I’m running Unreal 4.14.3 on a Windows 10 PC and see the following in the Device Manager:

My questions are:

1. Why is it showing my PC is a Mac and
   how do I make it show that it is a
   PC?
2. How do I get rid of the HTML5 and
   iOS devices in the Device Manager?
