VR Hands lock after Level stream

Hi everyone,

I’m using the UE4 VR template from the editor.

At the moment I have a system in which the game starts and a delay kicks in, once the delay is complete the player can toggle to the next map.

However when the player moves to the next map, the VR hands become stuck and the grab no longer animates. Would I be correct in assuming it would be a collision type problem rather than a BP one?

Does anyone have any idea as to what could be causing this problem?

I have a few questions for you that will help narrow down what issue it is that you are experiencing.

Quick questions:

  1. Can you reproduce this issue in a clean project?
  2. If so, could you provide a detailed list of steps to reproduce this issue on our end?
  3. What VR device are you using for your test?
  4. Could make sure that the game mode is set up in the exact same way for both levels?
