How to change X direction decal fade?

A decal in UE4 always fades out the closer the face it is projected on is towards the X bounding scale of the decal. But there are no settings at all for it, when the X size is 500 it starts to fade out at something like 400. I can’t find settings for it anywhere, not in decal settings, not in blueprint and not in the material. Where can I find that setting?
