When I Download and start UE4 its loading and after a few seconds a crash report is coming up.
It says: "MachineId:EF6FFAF24F65468A031060A2E692C17E

You do not have any debugging symbols required to display the callstack for this crash."
I need help please !
Yikes. A lot of launch-crashes for 4.14.
If you install the debugging symbols, maybe you can at least get an error to show us. You can do that with Launch > Options > Editor symbols for debugging
It crashes when i start epic games luncher! So i cannot go to options!
Editor symbols for debugging is useless, unless you are going to read through it and debug it. I had a bug going in my unreal before where the engine would crash instantly on launch, no matter what engine I installed and use, epic would not help me, (they only help with specifically the launcher. I don’t know what it was for me, but after a fresh OS install it was working again, you might need to back your files up and revert to that solution
If the launcher itself is crashing, then you are in the wrong place, unfortunately.
Staff regularly tell people to go to http://help.epicgames.com/ to report launcher problems.
