Open blueprint slowly and crash

Opening project slowly and drag the graph cause editor crash after blueprint finishing loading.

Same problem with new blueprint project.

Verifying engine and reinstalling does not solve problem.

Engine version:4.14.3

I had to do a bit of digging for this one.

Assertion failed: 0 [File:D:\Build++UE4+Release-4.14+Compile\Sync\Engine\Source\Runtime\Core\Private\Windows\WindowsWindow.cpp] [Line: 194] Window Creation Failed (1158)

1158 is the error code that the Windows CreateWindowEx function set and gets returned in GetLastError. From System Error Codes (1000-1299) (WinError.h) - Win32 apps | Microsoft Learn that code corresponds to;

The current process has used all of its system allowance of handles for Window Manager objects.

I doubt this has anything to do with UE4 directly, and might in fact be some other program interfering/causing this.

I try to close some background program and open the project.
Problem solve.
Then rebooting the pc and open project again… The problem does not reappear.
So i don’t know which program cause editor crash haha.
