[Android] Packaged App cause device to restart

Hello guys.

My application was working fine. But suddenly after changing some loading pictures in “Android” tab my application cause the device to crash. Can someone help me with this problem? I have a deadline and i need to resolve this ASAP.

In order to better assist you, I’m going to need for you to provide me the logs from your mobile device.

  • Attach your phone to the computer
  • Go here: C:\android-sdk-windows\tools
  • Open up Monitor.bat
  • Launch the program and save the logs

If you cannot get Monitor.bat to open, please go to:

  • C:\android-sdk-windows\tools\lib\monitor-x86
  • Open up Monitor.exe
  • Follow the instructions above

Make sure that you highlight all of the logs, because they do not save unless they’re highlighted.

I kind of solved my problem. The images i set in the configuration for the verification of obb were causing the problem. I dont know why this happened but after i reset to default images the app was working fine. Is there a restriction or guideline on which images to use for the Android tab configuration?

If you hover over the icons and splash screens, they’ll tell you the size and file type needed.
