Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Cable component attach end to get strange behavior

Hi everyone,

I have a strange issue with the cable component trying to create a third person hook. I am using a line trace to get the hook position and spawn an actor there. Then I use an homing projectile until that actor and attach the end location of my cable component to that projectile. Until there, it works like a charm. But then, when I try to use the Set Attach End To to the spawned actor, the end location attachement point is not at the actor location. If I attach the actor before to use the set end location to the projectile, it works just fine but if I do it after, I have this issue.

Here are the screens of the blueprint + issue alt text alt text alt text alt text The cube in the wall is the spawn actor where the cable end location should be attached to.

Thank you for your help :)
