How to play the video on full screen (eg trailer)?

Not as a texture, but a fullscreen video with sound =(
you ve got different options for this.
if you need to do it at startup, just use the movie sub menu in the project settings,
you can also put your video in a UMG widget, scale it to fullscreen and play it.
and finally , that may not be pretty optimized bu you can play your mediatexture in a postprocess material.
Ive forgot to say, the videos option dont work. It just plays 1 second of the video and skip. (yes I set it to not be skippable)
Its possible to play a video in UMG with sound? the only way I know is using it in a material.
