Shadows mess up after building lighting

Hi, I’m new here, I don’t know where to post this. As mentioned above, the shadows mess up after building the lighting (mages before and after attached).I’ve tried engine genereated lightmap UVs, manually unwrapped lightmap UVs, changing indirect lighting

settings, re-scaling the objects, changing Lightmap size. Am I doing something wrong?

how big is your lightmap size?

Its at 2028, though changing the resolution did not help (from default of 64).

I had a similar problem before and this is what I did to fix it, hope this helps. Go to your directional light settings under the details tab, scroll down to the Cascaded Shadow Maps section, there should be setting there called “Dynamic Shadow Distance StationaryLight”. Turn that up and it should fix it.
