Animation Key NOT applying

Hi guys, first post
Note: We’re using Maya with QuickRig
My animations are having a problem when being imported where the character’s hair and eyeballs aren’t correctly attached to the head like this:

So basically what I’ve had to do it utilize animation KEY function, to lock the position of the hair and eyes to the correct place on the first frame. It worked for some animations, however others not so much.
When the head moves, the eyes and hair have to move with it to look normal, but it ends up looking partially BALD.

Please help!
If anyone could help regarding this problem you would be a total lifesaver!

Also, Animation KEYing doesn’t seem to work anymore. The animations aren’t applied after correcting the position, then SAVE. Then i go in game, or i re-open the animation editor, and the blend/compression isn’t applied.

Would greatly appreciate if anyone could help us with either issue!
