Computer Freezes While Using UE4 4.14.3 When Editing Animation State Machine Nodes

My whole computer system freezes while using Unreal Engine 4.14.3
I recently upgraded from 4.13 to 4.14.
This might have something to do with editing/deleting nodes used to connect to “Can Enter Transition” nodes in an animation blueprint, such as Time Remaining Ratio nodes in a State Machine, possibly while an animation related to that transition is active.

This has occurred multiple times under the same circumstances in the same project, and has not been tested in any other project.

Computer system:
Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64 Bit
i5-2500K 3.30Ghz
12 Gigs Ram
GeForce Nvidia GTX570 HD
Driver version: 378.49

Could you try an older Nvidia driver? Even one version back. Sometimes new Nvidia drivers have unexpected conflicts. When you say the whole system freezes, does that mean you need to do a hard restart or is it more like a driver crash?

Could you send along the logs found in Project/Saved/Logs?
