DX11 feature level 10.0 is required to run the engine

I can’t open my game project file. Instead the message “DX11 feature level 10.0 is required to run the engine” pops up and prevents the game project from opening. I have tried the other solutions but I am unsure how to solve this problem. My Windows 7 is activated and my DX is updated to Version 11. Please help.

Found this in the log file.

Found the solution. Weird solution is to delete my saved folder.
