Particle emiters not meeting at single target saved from a ray cast

one ray cast is fired from the center of the camera its hit impact point is saved to a variable and used for the target of to separate particle emitters to shoot at. the purpose of this is a laser eyes beam game think super mans heat beams ok the problem is when targeting some point in the distant the particle emitters don’t hit the center of the ray cast they are hitting the sides of the hit point one on the left and one on the right look at the screen shot to see what i mean when hinting any thing close it works fine it also works fine if you hit a actor at a distant

While testing I didn’t see any issues with the beam emitter going to the appropriate target location. Just to make sure that there aren’t any underlying issues would you mind providing a small sample project that reproduces the issue?
