Import skeletal mesh window spawns cut off

Whenever I try to import a skeletal mesh the “FBX Import Options” window that spawns ends up being cut off at the bottom so I have to drag it up to be able to click the import button. It looks like the window is being spawned in the center of the screen if you have all the categories collapsed but I tend to have all of them expanded which puts the import buttons below the taskbar on my 1080p monitor.

Not sure how clear my explanation is so here are some screenshots of the default spawn position of the window with all categories collapsed vs expanded:

Notice that you can see the entire window in the collapsed screenshot but not in the expanded screenshot (that translucent black box at the bottom is my taskbar).
