SetGlobalTimeDilation does not affect LevelSequence playback

Changing the Global Time Dilation does not change the speed a cinematic (LevelSequence) is played at.

I would assume that the “Global” word here means everything?

I was able to reproduce this, but only when using “Create Sequence Player”. This no longer occurs in 4.15. There were a lot of fixes made to the way “Create Sequence Player” works and it appears to have resolved this issue. For the time being, if possible, try adding a Sequence Actor to your level and using “Get Sequence Player”. This seems to work with Time Dilation.
