Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Is it possible to make a 2 Player game using VR and a game controller without splitscreen?

I'm a 2nd Year University Student and for our Games Group Project our team have decided to make a 2 player puzzle game where 1 player uses a Gamepad and controls their character at a third person view, while the other player uses a VR headset and can see from above.

We're currently stuck on how possible this is, so I'll just ask the 3 main questions that we're continuously asking ourselves:

  1. Firstly, is something like this even possible in Unreal? (I doubt it wouldn't be)

  2. We read that we may need to use 2 monitors during development, is this true?

  3. Is this possible to achieve without split screen?
