Adjusting Non-Animated Blend Shapes?

Hello!

I have a bunch of characters I’m putting into the Marketplace. Many of them have blend shapes attached with the intent that they could be modified in the engine and at run time for “Mesh Morphing” capabilities. However, I’ve been unable to find any information on how to do this in UE.

Is it possible? I haven’t been able to find any location for blend shape data at this point, in the engine.
