Landscape Sculpting/Painting performance issues (freezing)

Since upgrading Project to v4.14, I experienced massive performance drop and freezing while sculpting/painting landscape.(as long as view hasn’t been changed there is no freezing, but once view has been moved or rotated after painting/sculpting editor freezes for a few seconds)

Only Procedural foliage (grass type) is applied on landscape. I assume source of a problem is landscape recomputing procedural foliage-grass type, Landscape height or Layer blend masks.
I tried to disable procedural foliage generating in landscape shader. It was a bit better but still freezing.
All these actions worked very fast and without glitches and freezing in ver. 4.13.2.
