Material offset on top of another material
How do i create material that is layered on top of another material with a world position offset but doesn't offset the one underneath? here is a screenshot of 2 meshes put together explaining the concept but i would like it to be a material. Thanks,

Shortly, you can't. You would need those to be separate meshes with different materials.
