Editor crash on re-importing mesh with different material IDs quantity.

This is a known issue that we have already fixed for 4.15. You will find the public JIRA here: https://issues.unrealengine.com/issue/UE-40510
Try testing this in the 4.15 preview and the issue should be resolved.
