Reflection change on view

Hi all , I cant figure out what is this.
I have a simple cube or anything with a material with max reflections and 0 roughness,
so it became something like a mirror or chrome.

I place next the object a “sphere reflection catcher” and i make sure that he influence the object.
So all seems work well…

But when i look at the reflections of the object
i found changes in the image reflected and in the brightness, and even some full black area
Just looking a little more up or right , reveal something like a “fresnel effect” that change based on the view.

Can i fix this phenomenon?
