[Bug?]Importing SpeedTrees

Hi

When I import a SpeedTree into the Rocket, I always get the error import failed. The textures are importing fine, I just have this problem with the .srt file. I already tried to import 4 different SpeedTrees and I placed them into various directorys (into the Rocket directory, Desktop,…), but no success. So do I have to do something special to import a SpeedTree, or is it just a bug?

I don’t believe Speedtree is included with the Rocket Beta. Hence why you can import the textures, but not Speedtree as a speedtree asset. Try importing it as a static mesh (if you have the full program).

Its not included in the Rocket, but you should be abel to import them, because there is a SpeedTree node in the material editor ^^ I can import the static mesh, but unfortunately I dont have the full version of SpeedTree (one of my friends tested it out for me)

I’m afraid that without the Speedtree module, Speedtree’s can’t be used in UE4. Same goes for UE3.
