I am using windows 10 64 bits, 2 GB NVidia GT705 graphic card, 8 GB Ram and 1Tb Hard Disk my Unreal engine 4.14.3 often crash’s so I want to Update my system to higher version , thus my move to update solve my problem or not ? if yes pleases help me with currents configuration which works Unreal engine 4 perfectly for my computer.
I think you your problem might be the graphics card, i know this might not be what you want to hear as it would cost money to upgrade but here are the recomended specs from the wiki:

Althought your GPU does support DX11 i think it might be getting slightly overwelmed with it being a rather low end card.
So everything else that you have from what i can see does not seem to be a problem, also what processor do you have?
