I’ve tried to download this like 10 times and with you trouble shooting and without and this just straight up doesn’t work the download never actually downloads all the files it says some are missing wtf?
just download the dll. You can get it from the Microsoft website

That’s what I mean I’ve done that when I said with the troubleshooting on here it says launching then busy then returns to the launch unreal engine then it says busy and it just repeats
dumb question but have you restarted your computer after installing?

You shouldn’t download the .dll file directly. This error means that your Visual C++ Redistributables for 2015 are either not installed or corrupted. Please check to see if they are installed and uninstall them if so. After that, please install them from this location.
Yes, it works great normally, but you seem to have your Operating System not in a good state.
Probably the easiest way is to download Visual Studio Community Edition and just completely let it install.
After that is correctly installed there shouldnt be any more missing runtimes. Also you need it anyway if you want to use Unreal.
