I need to wait 5 minutes before Swarm begins to render lighting... why?

Swarm WILL render my lighting. But only after 3-5 minutes of doing something else before hand…

I can’t figure out what I need to do to correct this.

The unnecessary wait is driving me mad! As it used to render straight away.

Just before the lighting begins to build, I get this message highlighted in green:

“15:36:58: [PingCoordinator] Determined that we couldn’t ping the coordinator
15:36:58: [PingCoordinator] CoordinatorResponding is false
15:36:58: [Interface:TryOpenConnection] Local connection established
15:36:58: [Job] Accepted Job D5CC8388-46C763CD-AAD7BA9A-E2B839F0”

And this one just before that message, highlighted in orange:

“15:36:58: [GetUniqueHandle] Communication with the coordinator failed, job distribution will be disabled until the connection is established
15:36:58: [GetUniqueHandle] Exception: System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 104.25.39.118:8009

I’ve attached the full log. A really big thank you, to anyone that can help me with this problem
