Render Target Material applied on SkySphere?

I’m attempting to establish a “mirror” sky effect, where the sky is basically a giant screen reflecting what is happening on the ground plane.

My process logic:

  1. create scene capture 2D
  2. render target
  3. material out of render target
  4. Not wanting to completely replace the skysphere material, I took a shot at adding the render target material as another layer, like clouds.

The problem is of my spotted understanding of the Sky Blueprint, maybe some direction would be extremely helpful!
