Editor UI unresponsive after migrating content

Open two projects, migrate content from one to the other. In project that content was migrated to, most editor functionality is now broken, although exiting works.

Hi Fantasifall,

I was not able to repro this by migrating assets from the Blank Third person template into the Top Down game template. Can you reproduce this with assets that we have available here and, if so, provide steps to recreate the issue using those assets?
