AnswerHub Notifcation E-mail settings are not stored

Every day my mailbox is being spammed with e-mails from the AnswerHub (10 to 50 mails a day).

Every day, I go to the AnswerHub and disable the E-mail notifications, only to have them (automatically) enabled them again the very next day and the spam flood starts again.

Can this be fixed please? Only thing that I can do on my end is to put no-reply@unreal… e-mail in the spam filter (which for obvious reasons is not wishful).

I am aware that some users will experience an “Internal Server Error” message while trying to update settings, but this is the first I’ve heard of settings not being saved.

I am able to confirm that your account is not “following” any topics or spaces, so you are probably receiving notifications based on your “Expertise” settings.

Can you please try updating your settings based on my screenshot, and let me know if you still have issues.
