When I try to add the new 4.15 UE version it appears the icon 4.15.0 but it always says “Please wait” and it is not downloading anything
also, when I launch the engine, it continuously says that “the prerequisites have failed to load”. there is no way i can get rid of this error. i have already tried to reinstall C++ redistributable and everything connected but it simply won’t work.

For the “please wait” message, first I recommend that you close and restart the launcher and try again. It is possible that the server may have been flooded with requests due to everyone downloading the new version.
If however it persists, then please go here for Launcher support, and click the “Email Us” button to discuss the issue with our Launcher support staff. They may also be able to help with your separate prerequisites error.
