Geometry changing when close/far

Hey guys, I’ve been trying to solve this issue for a bit here and all my searching has left me empty handed. Any help would be appreciated!

Anyways, here is my issue:

I have a god ray object, however, when I am far away part of the rays clip away.

It’s very obvious when flying through the scene that it clips away. Here is the Ray material:

I used [this][4] guide to get the results I have now. If anyone else has a better way to get god rays I am totally up to suggestions. I couldnt get the Directional Light base Light shaft Occlusion/Bloom to work through the windows so I found this guide as a decent second option.

I am also having an issue with the glass on my windows. When I get close enough the glass gets extremely shaded:
