Duplicate component attaches the new component to the older

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a new actor blueprint and open it
  2. On Components tab, add a new Static Mesh
  3. On Components tab, Right-click on the new component > Duplicate

Error:

The new component will be automatically attached to the old component, instead of be attached to the old component’s parent.

This is very annoying because it messes the transforms.
