Where can I get the UE4 Splashscreen?

Hey,

Is there any way how I can get the Unreal4 Splashscreen?

In engine directory, Engine\Content\Splash

But you can change those in edit->project settings if you want that

And is it possible to insert movies?
Cuz when I import them in projectsettings->movies and I build my project nothing happens.
The only thing I see is my game but the movies don’t play
