Bug when i start ue4

i have downloaded ue4 and i cant start it because it keeps crashing

You need to give more information.

  1. What is your systems hardware configuration?
  2. What operating system and version do you use?
  3. Post the output log from your run. Either run it from command line or find out if its written to a file somewhere.
  4. Under what circumstances does it crash? Instantly on startup? Does it load to any certain percentage each time and then crashes? Do you do anything special when it crashes? etc.

As has mentioned above, we will definitely need more information in order to assist you. In addition to the above questions, please answer the following:

  1. Are you trying to open UE4 from the Launcher or are you attempting to use the GitHub Version?
  2. If using the Launcher version, does the Launcher itself open but not the editor? Neither?
  3. If using the Launcher version and the Launcher opens, click on the down arrow on the UE4 icon, scroll down and select, “Verify”
  4. Do you have Visual Studio installed (for Windows) or XCode installed (for Mac)

Please provide as much information as possible.

But i have the same question

  1. i am trying to open it with the launcher
    2.The launcher opens
  2. there is no “verify”
  3. yes i have XCODE
