My bone Rotation doesnt update in event graph

Hi Guys, I have Problem…
I just want to modify a single bone rotation with a float (which updates ingame every tick) (see picture below)
When I put this code in to the construction script, it runs perfectly in editor mode, but in the event graph it does nothing ingame.

So my question:
Do I something wrong? How i can bring this code ingame working? Do I have to use an animation, or how would you fix this? Yeah, I am very new in skeletal meshes O.o
An Answer would be great!

I fixed it:
This code is just fine, It didnt run. That was my foult…
