Crash while loading game from slot at libUE4.so

An Android reported a crash to us via Play. We can’t reproduce in our devices. I don’t know what this log exactly says to us.

  • Are you stating that their game is crashing from a save slot?
  • Is this project set up to handle Android 4.3?

Are you positive that this device that they’re using has sufficient space available for Skate & Strike? I did test your game out on a Nexus5, Nvidia Shield and the Galaxy Tab 2 (which has similar specs) and did not run into any complications. You may want to check with the client and see whether or not they’ve rooted their device.

According to this logs, it seems like save slots are crashing the game. Our game is constantly saving and reading something from the disk but it is using very small amount of disk space, nearly 10KBs.

This project is intended to be supported by 4.3. But java codes are not using save slots, so I think it is not relevant with our java codes and plugins.

I haven’t got more data about this issue for now. If I can collect more data about this issue later, I will reply to this thread. You may mark this as answered for now, if this data is not enough

They do not answer if I ask whether their devices are rooted or not, so I haven’t got information about their rooting status.
