Skylight occlusion affecting other sub

Hi,
I have an issue which I can’t solve since some weeks, maybe you can help me.

I have an open world project with persistent and sub-levels

I usually open the level I want to build lighting and I build it, skylight and directional are in persistent, skylight is stationary and directional is movable.
The issue I have is that skylight AO maps are affecting landscape sub-levels in this way.
If I open the landscape tile this is what I get

If I open a built sub level this happens…

Seems like skylight AO baked in another level is affecting my landscape foliage when I open it… Do you have some ideas on why is this happening and how to avoid it?
