Lag in VR scene

I am getting some serious jitter in a VR scene. Its not a complicated scene, but I am assuming its due to lag in refreshing the visual while turning my head.

I seriously doubt its my graphics card since I have a P6000 in my machine. What should I do to get rid of it?

You can try to use the GPU Profiler to get an idea what the game is doing.

A very basic start would be to disable stationary and movable lights. light calculations are quite expensive, I have found.
