Why does my AI not shoot?

Hello, i create my bot and he is almost entirely finish. But i have a problem, i dont reach at do fire my bot.
(I use a shooter charactere)

From screenshot You have provided, Your “Shoot Enemy” action requires ShooterAIController, You have to cast value returned from blackboard to ShooterAIController .
