Does this happen in a new project as well?

Could you also post your dxdiag (system specs)?

  • Windows: Go to the Start menu and type ‘dxdiag’ into the search bar. Open the file and then click ‘Save All Information’. Post that text file here.

  • Mac: Go to the Apple menu and click ‘About This Mac’.

I don’t see anything in your dxdiag that should be causing issues. Let me know how testing in a new project goes.

This issue is now being looked into by the physics team over at Epic. Packaged project crashing - Platform & Builds - Unreal Engine Forums
The question was unrelated but my epic Id account was tied to the crash reports that other user were experiencing when playing my game.

I’ll still do the tests on my end to help isolate the issue if need be.

Still an issue in 4.19.2
