Adding actor to charecter mesh

Hello all, I have a question. I have the T-pose zombie pack from the marketplace. I wanted to know how to create the "glowing eyes’ effect in UE4. Would I just add two small point lights with low intensity to the mesh? If anyone has the time, please help me out.

Are the eyes a separate material on the mesh?

The simplest effect would be, as Black Phoenyx pointed towards, to use a glow material shader on the eyes. Using pointlights to create the glowing eyes would most likely be overkill and cause more performance headaches than they would be worth.

This is a tutorial from Unreal on using the Emissive channel to create a glowing effect.
