Form Extended Structures display Meshes in random location when using standalone mode in UE4.15

When using destructible mesh applied to a Blueprint with Form Extended Structures selected the mesh will randomly relocate when using standalone.

When using PIE and compiling the Game the display and rotation is correct, when using in Standalone rotates and moves,

I have attempted to cook content but this makes no change, this was not a problem in 4.8 or 4.9
i have rebuild all components and models from scratch and fully rebuilt the Project,
remove the DerivedDataCache on the user profile (C:\Users*****\AppData\Local\UnrealEngine) and from the Game folder
but this makes no difference

Hi Purple_Dolphin,

I attempted to reproduce this but so far, without any luck. Are you also seeing this in a new project? Does it happen with other assets (maybe try some default assets)?

Could you post a small test project that contains the issue?

I see this in a new project or existing and upgraded projects.
Sorry I should of said that a single mesh on its own is ok it is when they actually form the structure that it moves,

made a new project and the downoad link is below. this demonstrates the issue

Thank you for the test project. I see what behavior you are talking about, so I’ve entered JIRA UE-42613. Our developers will be investigating further. Follow that link to monitor the status of the report.

Only Standalone Game seems affected, even a packaged project works correctly. So this shouldn’t be a blocker for you. Let me know if that changes.
