Generate Hit Event doesn't works if simulate physics not enabled

Hello everybody,

I have a problem with the hit event, it doesn’t work if “simulate physics” is not activated. I tested on version 4.11, 4.14 and 4.15 and I have the same problem.

More info: I have a pawn with a sphere collision on the camera and that has the following preset.

And I have a wall with the following presets

If the wall has “simulate physics” enabled, then generate hit event works but if the wall does haven’t “simulate physics” enabled, then generate hit event does not work. It’s a bug ? Is it necessary to activate it for the hit event?

from the components tab drag and drop your sphere collision on the root component. this all you have to do :))))))))
