Crash when viewing default Cube Materials section in editor

Creashed while editing a simple cube, click on the Material section and then mouse hangs. (Game can be run in editor as long as I dont attempt to edit the material or mesh properties in the editor)

This stopped happening when I followed some other instructions. In the ContentBrowser, bottom right hand corner click View Options and Uncheck Real-Time Thumbnails.

That seemed to do the trick!
Clearly a Unreal bug, but this is an acceptable workaround.
