Retargeting Animation floating feet even though Animation Scaled

I have successfully imported a skeleton and mesh from Mixamo to UE4 and have gone through the animation re-targeting process. All the Mixamo’s skeleton’s animations play with the feet making contact with the ground but the ported versions to the UE4 mannequin are floating above the ground and I can not seem to understand why.

anyway the standard thirdperson bp animations also have the same problem when i retargeted them to a maya quick rig character. using the kubold movement set seems to have fixed the issue

I learned recently (as a work around) that you can simply take the re-targeted animation, change it’s imported z-height to like -6 and then click the re-import button and manually bring it down if it’s an issue.
